Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer that combines the convenience of store-bought biscuits with gooey cheese and savory garlic butter. Here’s how you can make them

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (8-count, original or buttermilk)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter:
    • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
    • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant (but not browned).
    • Remove from heat and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Biscuits:
    • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into individual rounds.
    • Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Assemble Cheese Bombs:
    • Place about 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit round.
    • Fold the biscuit dough around the cheese to form a ball, pinching the edges together to seal the cheese inside. Ensure the cheese is completely enclosed.
    • Roll the cheese-filled biscuit ball between your hands to smooth it out.
  5. Coat with Garlic Butter:
    • Dip each biscuit ball into the melted garlic butter, ensuring it is fully coated.
    • Place the coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Garnish (Optional):
    • While the cheese bombs are still warm, brush them with any remaining garlic butter from the pan.
    • Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top if desired for a touch of color and added flavor.
  8. Serve:
    • Serve warm, and enjoy the gooey, cheesy, and garlicky goodness!

These cheese bombs are perfect for parties, as a side dish, or just a tasty snack. Enjoy!
